day 1: so-so

Bad: Slept ‘til 11, ate Fuzzy’s, ate Chick-fil-a (with fries and dr. pepper)

Good: Ran/walked outside 2.75mi 

I decided tonight that I won’t have fast food or soda for a month and if I accomplish that then I can FINALLY get a new pair of Toms! If I can do it for Lint, then I can do it now, right? Right.
